Three specialized basic core courses-engineering geology, engineering materials foundation and introduction to civil engineering-were delivered offline for students in grades 2021 and 2022. Following the lectures, students and professors stated that the offline teaching was exceptionally amicable, and that the face-to-face teaching also had the irreplaceable effect of internet, and that it had a more efficient teaching and learning motivation.

Professor Ana Ivanovic also communicated with the college’s foreign teaching assistants, introduced and discussed some of the contents of the he University of Aberdeen’s teaching quality assurance system, and explored the integration system in accordance with the teaching quality assurance of China and the UK.

As an important part of promoting the construction of first-class courses, improving the informatization level of curriculum construction, and building a new form of smart education and teaching, Ana Ivanovic and Peter Donald Dunning, these two professors have also invested in the construction of first-class courses and improved the quality of talent training.

Enrollment publicity is an important way to strengthen the construction and publicity of our distinctive majors, improve the overall influence and social recognition of our college, and attract more outstanding students to apply for the examination. Foreign professors actively engaged in the recording of enrollment promotion videos, assisted with enrollment publicity work, demonstrated the qualities of our college's cooperative education program, and played an important role in supporting the construction of the major.

After one-week teaching and communication, the three professor will return to the University of Aberdeen, but our contact will not end there, and we look forward to their arrival for the next time.

This International Exchange Week held by the college of aerospace and civil engineering was not only to improve the quality of the talent training, but also to promote the talent work in the new era through Sino-foreign educational cooperation. It was also a significant step toward advancing the strategy of strengthening the nation with talents in the new era and accelerating the development of the world's important talent center and innovation highland.
