Operating Duties of Academic Affairs Office, College of Aerospace and Civil Engineering
1. Responsible for the construction of disciplines, majors, courses, and teaching research projects in the College, as well as the revision of talent training plans and the development of teaching syllabus.
2. Responsible for the secondary management of student enrollment, registration, course selection, grades, and student status in the College, as well as the establishment and management of student status files in the College.
3. Responsible for arranging various teaching tasks, organizing exams, applying for textbook usage plans, and managing daily teaching expenses in the College.
4. Responsible for reporting and implementing the daily suspension and adjustment of classes in the College, checking various teaching conditions, organizing teaching observation, and collecting data for classroom teaching quality evaluation. Responsible for organizing and managing the practical teaching process of undergraduate and graduate students.
5. Responsible for the selection, recommendation, and acceptance of re examination for graduate students pursuing master's degrees without examination in the College.
6. Responsible for organizing and inspecting the graduation project (thesis) topic selection, mid-term inspection, defense, and management work of various students in the College.
7. Responsible for the graduation and degree granting qualification review of various students in the College.
8. Responsible for the selection of various mentors.
9. Responsible for organizing and reporting graduate enrollment, brochures, and catalogs.
10. Responsible for promoting the teaching work of the College. Understand and master the various teaching management regulations of the university, and systematically promote them to the teachers and students of the College.
